RealTIME Media Goes Global

Wynnewood-based Interactive Marketing Company Announces their Presence in Australia, New Zealand and Canada

WYNNEWOOD, Pa.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 28, 2000-- RealTIME Media, a leading digital interactive marketing company based in Wynnewood, PA, today announced their international operations. Working with exclusive international representatives from Promotional Results in Australia and New Zealand and MBC Marketing in Canada, the company will be able to provide clients across the globe with the same integrated interactive marketing solutions that have benefited U.S. companies including Microsoft, Yahoo!, Lycos and the NFL.com. Over the next several months, the company expects to extend their international reach even further, with offices planned for New York, Los Angeles, San Francisco and London.

``International operations have always been a goal for us,'' said Scott Shapiro, CEO of RealTIME Media. ``While we have a global presence via the Internet, we realize that to be competitive in a global economy it will behoove us to have a local presence as well. Our international representatives in Australia and Canada are the first of what we hope will be many long-term relationships that will enable us to provide our clients with the best solutions, whether they are in San Francisco or Sydney.''

The company's first international project for Australian-based ToySpot.com (www.toyspot.com.au) launched on April 6, 2000. The leading Internet toy retailer is using RealTIME's patent pending `Scratch `n Win' technique to drive registration and sales on the site. The ToySpot game offers customers the opportunity to win gift certificates, Dreamcast consoles, Gameboys, and Furby plush toys, among others. Entrants also qualify to enter a sweepstakes where they could win a family vacation to the Gold Coast. All participants, except the instant winners, will receive $10 ToySpot vouchers.

In addition to the ToySpot promotion, RealTIME is about to launch a series of ongoing online promotions for OzEmail, one of Australia's leading Internet Service Providers. The promotion incorporates four exciting ``Scratch `n Win'' games over a 12-month period, offering over 13,000 instant prizes including cash, watches and CD's.

Both games are a part of RealTIME Media's unique Closed-Loop Solution, which integrates media, promotions, tracking and analysis, database management and e-mail marketing to develop customer loyalty.

``It is a great experience to be working with RealTIME Media to provide solutions for ToySpot and OzEmail,'' said Gary O'Brien, Managing Director for Promotional Results Pty Ltd, RealTIME Media's international representative for Australia and New Zealand. ``RealTIME Media's integrated solutions are invaluable marketing tools for Australian companies, and we look forward to introducing more clients in our region to RealTIME Media's expertise.''
